My blogger friend Trisha renamed this Family Day which I love, so sit back, relax and enjoy!
A Year of Change
We were a fun family of 3 who were looking to add to add a daughter to our family. We found her in Russia! Camden and Dasha are happy toddlers, Randy is a firefighter/paramedic and an emergency room nurse, and Denise is a busy stay-at-home mom!

ReplyDeleteCongrats on your beautiful little girl!! So happy to see one more little one finding a forever family!!!
ReplyDeleteOh wow... Dasha is beautiful and looks so healthy! Your video made me cry - how on earth did you put that together already?! I want to echo what Jeanette said... that is the cleanest looking orphanage. I was impressed! And she looked precious in all the cute new clothes you put her in on Family Day. CONGRATS!!!
ReplyDeleteYour video is priceless. You have taken me right back. Our son is from the same orphanage, He is now 5, home since 9 months. Our journey was much different, we took the train in, met babies, took the train right back. Trip 2, saw babies, went to court, went to lunch, got babies and went back to the train. We didn't get to experience any of Kirov...a little shopping and that was all. The orphanage looks better than when we were there in '07 and we were only allowed in the one room where you were laying and playing on the floor. I was taken upstairs only to take pictures for a friend whose referral was up there in the music room. Different court house and different judge, well, all different people for us ~ is Dr. Yvgenia still the director of the orphanage? I'm so glad I cam across your blog. Your daughter is precious and so is your son. Congratulations! Donnadman@aol.com ~ fellow Mom of a Kirov Cutie! Happy New Year!
