Okay, so I read on another blog that someone who had their fingerprints done the Monday after us, we had ours done on a Friday, got their 171-H approval back last week. So I am thinking, ohhh, ours should be in the mail really soon. So Randy decides that he is going to look up our status on the USCIS website. Well of course our receipt # does not exist, and looking into it a little further today, they only show status updates for receipts that start with EAC, WAC, LIN, or SRC, our receipt starts with SIM. So then I call the number that they provide, and of course forgetting that it is Sunday they are closed. So hopefully I can call tomorrow and find our where we are in our 171-H approval. Praying that it comes soon!

Hi! Ours actually never showed up as received and I ran into similar problems with the tracking numbers...but we did receive our 171H pretty quickly (under two months, I think). Hope you were able to track something down!
